List: 5 Hearty Chili Recipes for Fall
Chili is the ultimate dish for fall—seriously, though, convince me otherwise. I like my chili to be thick, slightly spicy and loaded with a variety of beans and veggies. Whether it’s served in a bowl with cornbread, blanketed by a layer of crunchy corn chips or ladled over a plate of al dente spaghetti (trust me), if chili is involved, you better believe I’m headed to chow down.
Below, check out five of my all-time favorite chili recipes!
FRITO CHILI PIE
This true classic is made all the better with the addition of chunky guacamole and jarred queso (again, trust me).
SPICY CHILI SPAGHETTI
If you whip up just one chili recipe this fall, make it this one. As you’ll soon discover…chili spaghetti is seriously addicting.
QUINOA CHILI STUFFED PEPPERS
Definitely the lowest-carb chili recipe on this list. Combine the chili with quinoa, additional veggies and cheese, and you’ve got one hearty dinner.
SLOW COOKER VEGAN CHILI
The ultimate vegan chili can be made with little to no effort. Top it with sliced avocado for creaminess and call it a day!
SLOW COOKER CHILI CHEESE PASTA
Another chili recipe featuring pasta! This one has a slightly milder flavor and isn’t as thick as the chili in my Chili Spaghetti recipe. Promise, though, it’s still super tasty.
