TWICE BAKED POTATO BITES
These cute little mini taters happen to be twice baked and are elevated with a touch of truffle oil. They’re a bit fiddly to prepare, to be honest, but the ingredients are simple and the results are worth the preparation. The butter, milk, cheese and sour cream could easily be subbed for vegan versions, too. Prepare to score a touchdown with this delicious, bite-sized take on a true American classic!

ENGLISH MUFFIN PIZZAS
Bagel bites for game day? Hell yeah! This grown-up version is made with English muffins, because English muffins are just so dang classy and sophisticated. The trick to avoiding soggy muffins is toasting them briefly before adding the sauce/cheese/toppings to give them a nice crunch. Have your muffins pre-toasted and let your guests decide what toppings they want!

GREEN CHILE QUESO
And of course, you can’t serve salsa without queso! This creamy green chile queso is made with pepper jack cheese, cream cheese, sharp white cheddar, salsa verde and hatch green chiles. It is so damn good. I suggest making a double batch, because this liquid gold is sure to go fast.

JALAPEÑO POPPER CRESCENT ROLLS
These Jalapeño Popper Crescent Rolls are like the vegetarian version of pigs-in-a-blanket — put them out at a party, and they’re guaranteed to disappear faster than you can count them. The easy filling is made from a mixture of light cream cheese, shredded pepper jack cheese and a freshly minced jalapeño; plus, it’s seasoned with my all-time favorite spice mix, Trader Joe’s Everything But the Bagel seasoning.

HOT SAUCE DEVILED EGGS
I am a huge fan of deviled eggs and make them all the time, but incorporating hot sauce into them is definitely a first. My new favorite is Frank’s Original RedHot Sauce, but I’m also partial to Sriracha and Chipotle Tabasco. I’m also newly obsessed with pickled red onions, and I thought they would be a perfect topping for these spicy eggs. I hope you enjoy!
